The right of cancellation applies only to private customers and doesn’t apply for companies. Our general policy lasts 14 days, unfortunately if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Yet it is important and viable to emphasise that the general policy of the HelloCoin.com marketplace is inferior to refund terms and polices indicated and displayed by HelloCoin.com vendors on their HelloCoin.com store or specific products which are de facto fulfilled by the vendors.
Your refund will be issued in Bitcoin for the USD (as it is our base currency, legally speaking, you pay USD through crypto) value of your purchase, less transport and insurance costs, less any applicable fees, including any cancellation fees. Your refund will be converted from USD to Bitcoin based on an exchange rate at the time once your return is received and inspected. You acknowledge that if the value of Bitcoin against USD has risen since the time of your purchase, you will receive less Bitcoin than you paid at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the absolutely same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be fully intact.

Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor or HelloCoin.com, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your blockchain address that was used for purchasing, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that it can cost up to 150-250 euros to ship a return item due to full insurance coverage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
